Home is where the heart is; no one knows this better than William. William Cunningham has 35+ years in the home and commercial construction experience.

His experience spans from roofing, window replacements, framing, concrete & masonry work, carpentry and cabinetry. He has built homes from the ground up & remodeled old homes, making them new again. These experiences have made William knowledgeable on all construction codes and structural details, but more than that, he knows what it takes to make a house a home.

For the past 14 years, William has been working for the State of Kansas as a building inspector. Inspecting buildings for the Board of Regents (universities), KDOT, Wildlife and Parks, correctional facilities, and hospitals.
